Headphones that get photographed.
Branded headphones turn an event crowd into a moving billboard. Six-channel broadcast lets your conference run four breakout streams in one room. The LED-headphone aesthetic photographs and films better than any standard corporate event — your social, PR, and recruitment teams get a year of content from one night. Procurement-friendly paperwork supplied with every quote.
The event that photographs itself.
Three things matter at most corporate events: the brand has to look premium, the agenda has to run on time, and the social/PR team needs content. Silent disco answers all three in one piece of kit.
Headphones as your billboard
Custom wraps in your brand colours, with your logo, your event hashtag, or the campaign artwork. Every attendee walks the venue wearing your brand. Every wide-angle shot, every drone shot, every social-team photo carries the branding by default. Cheaper than printed lanyards, infinitely more visible.
Six channels = six breakout rooms
Multi-room conferences usually need physical separation between breakout sessions. Silent disco runs six simultaneous streams in one space. Run four breakout tracks plus a networking-music channel plus a quiet-area channel from the same floor — venue capacity doubles, agenda flexibility triples.
A year of brand content from one night
LED-ringed branded headphones photograph and film better than any standard corporate AV setup. Your social team gets reels. Your PR team gets press shots. Your recruitment team gets candidate-attraction footage. Your sales team gets case-study content. One event, multiple internal teams fed for the year.
Procurement & AV-team friendly
PAT-test certificates, £10m public liability insurance, supplier-vetting questionnaire (commonly required by corporate procurement), modern slavery / ESG documentation, and W9/W8-BEN forms for international work — all supplied as standard. Your procurement team signs off without the usual six-week back-and-forth.
One venue, three event purposes.
Each attendee scrolls between three live channels. Means the same venue serves the keynote, the breakouts, and the networking simultaneously without physical separation. Six-channel kit available for larger conferences needing more parallel tracks.
Keynote audio · Headline DJ · Awards ceremony
The headline channel. Carries the keynote at conferences, the headline DJ at parties, the awards ceremony audio, the panel discussions. Default channel when the room is in plenary mode.
Training audio · Workshop sessions · Demo broadcasts
Breakout sessions run on channel 02 simultaneously with the main stage on channel 01. Attendees swap between sessions just by toggling the channel — no physical movement, no room-set teardown, no time lost in transitions.
Lounge · Background music · Cocktail-hour vibes
The networking channel. Low-energy background music for cocktail hours, dinner service, exhibition floor walks, executive lounges. Keeps the venue feeling alive without forcing all attendees onto the same audio.
The corporate-popular package
150 headphones covers most product launches, mid-size conferences, and brand activations comfortably. Smaller staff events and exec retreats step down to 50-100. Major brand activations, sales conferences, and multi-day events step up to 300-500 with custom branding and multi-stage delivery.
From brand brief to post-event content.
Corporate events have longer lead times than standard hires — branded wraps need design, procurement needs sign-off, the AV team needs coordination. Here is the typical 4-6 week production rhythm.
Brand brief & quote (week 1)
Send the brand assets, event format, attendee count, and venue layout via the quote form. We come back within 24 hours with the kit list, branded-wrap mock-ups, and a full procurement-ready quote including all supplier documentation. Most clients sign off within the first week.
Branded wrap production (weeks 2-4)
Wrap design pass with your brand team, sign-off, then 2-3 weeks production. Short-run branded wraps for the headphones, plus matching flight-case decals and transmitter signage if needed. Major brand activations get printed retail-quality units for the campaign duration.
Event-week delivery & AV coordination
Delivery to the venue 24-48 hours before doors, coordinated with your AV team and venue manager. Pre-event sound check with the production crew. We supply a one-page operations brief so your venue staff and AV team know exactly how the kit interacts with the rest of the rig.
Event run — full agenda support
Multi-channel broadcast through the agenda: plenary on channel 01, breakouts on channels 02, networking on channel 03. On-site supervision available for the duration if needed (most clients self-run from day one after the 15-minute briefing).
Post-event collection & debrief
Headphones returned at the end of the final session. Kit collected within 48 hours of event close. Debrief call to capture lessons for future bookings — we keep client files for repeat-event setup so the second booking is significantly faster than the first.
Common corporate add-ons.
Optional — tick what you want on the quote form. Branded headphone wraps are quoted separately due to design lead time and minimum-order constraints — ask via the contact form for a wrap quote.
Lighting package
From £75LED splash lights and a mini fog machine, or the premium package with lasers. For corporate party formats and product-launch reveal moments where you need stage drama beyond what the venue provides.
Fully-loaded tablet
From £30Pre-loaded tablet with corporate-suitable background playlists for networking, dinner, and lounge channels. Saves the AV team curating Spotify playlists on the day — one less production task.
Karaoke add-on
£150Tablet of karaoke songs with external TV monitor. Popular for end-of-conference parties, exec team away-days, and after-dinner entertainment. Works best for events of 50-150 where everyone gets a turn.
The brand & production questions.
What we hear from corporate event managers, brand activation producers, and agency leads. If yours isn't here, drop it via the contact form and we'll answer within hours.
What is the lead time for branded headphone wraps?
Typically 3-4 weeks from artwork sign-off to delivery for standard short-run vinyl wraps. Major brand activations needing printed retail-quality units (e.g. tour sponsors, multi-week campaigns) need 6-8 weeks. We can also produce removable wraps for events where the units return to the unbranded fleet afterwards. Send brand assets via the contact form to start the production conversation.
Can different rooms in a multi-room conference have different channels?
Yes — that is the core use-case. Standard kit broadcasts three channels simultaneously across the venue, so attendees in different rooms tune into whichever channel matches their session. Larger conferences with 4-6 parallel breakout tracks use our six-channel transmitter setup. All channels broadcast from the same kit, so attendees move freely between rooms without losing audio.
Networking events — is it actually quiet enough for conversation?
Yes. With everyone wearing headphones, the ambient room noise is just normal conversation volume rather than fighting against music. Most clients find their networking quality improves significantly compared to traditional events — people can hear each other across the room, conversations don't compete with the PA, and the music never gets in the way.
Multi-day conferences — how does the charging cycle work?
Multi-day setups get a back-of-house charging station built into the production kit. Headphones rotate through the station overnight, ready for next-day distribution. For 3+ day events we ship 10-15% over-supply so swap-outs happen mid-day without disruption. Charging logistics are quoted in the original kit list.
Do you supply to international venues?
UK mainland is our standard delivery zone. EU and international we coordinate via partner suppliers in the destination country — we can broker the booking and supply the brand wrap design, but the physical kit comes from a local provider to avoid customs, voltage, and frequency-licensing issues. Tell us the destination on the quote form and we'll route accordingly.
What are your invoicing and procurement terms?
Standard corporate terms: 50% on booking, 50% on event completion, 30-day payment from invoice date. We accept BACS, card, and PO-based invoicing. Procurement documentation (supplier questionnaire, modern slavery statement, insurance certs, PAT records, ESG paperwork) is supplied as standard upfront so your procurement team can register us without a separate vetting cycle.
Do you sign NDAs for confidential events (product launches etc.)?
Yes — routinely. We handle product launches, exec retreats, M&A team-builds, and other confidentiality-sensitive events under standard mutual NDAs. Our team is briefed on confidentiality protocols and we don't reference clients in public marketing without prior written consent. Send your NDA template via the contact form to start the engagement.
Accessibility — do you support live captioning or hearing-aid integration?
Hearing-aid wearers keep their aids in and put the headphones over the top — works as designed. For live-caption integration we can feed your captioning service into a dedicated channel so deaf and hard-of-hearing attendees get the captions alongside the audio. We supply accessibility documentation to your venue and AV team on request.
