Can I call you out of office hours?
The office line goes to voicemail outside Mon-Fri 9-5. For events already in progress, every case ships with a 24/7 event-night support number on the lid.
Do you have a physical office I can visit?
Our HQ is a warehouse and workshop in Preston, Lancashire — not a showroom. If you'd like to see the kit before booking, ping a message and we'll arrange a visit by appointment.
